No listing may contain links to or adverts for anything outside this site. Listings found in violation of this policy will be immediately deleted without refund of fees paid.

(10) Buying and selling counterfeit goods
Anyone found to be selling counterfeit goods will result in suspension of their account you will also be find a £15 charge your account will then be reactivated after 30 days as long as the fine has been paid. If you are found to be still selling counterfeit goods for the second time your account will be banned from our site and you will be find £30 your account will then be reactivated after 30 days as long as the fine has been paid. all fines most be paid by cheque. if you are still selling counterfeit goods for the third time your account will be banned from the site for good.
(11) Generic Pictures and Pictures not relating to item
(a) publishing generic pictures of an item they are selling will result in an immediate suspension of their account and will be fined £50 once fine has been paid your account will be activated if this happens for the second time your account will be banned from our site for good.
(b) if the picture does not match the description or the description do's not match the picture your account will result in suspension until the matter has been resolved this may result in where the listing/item may be deleted fees will not be refunded.
(12) Prizes or Credit
There is two areas on the site where you can get EE credit:

(b) User Referral
If we think you do not deserve the right to have this credit we have the right to take the credit out of your EE account.
